D124 is excited to share two scholarship opportunities for CMS students who would like to participate in a camp or program to support their learning over the summer.

Judy Mulchrone Scholarship

Anyone can nominate a current CMS student who they believe is a worthy recipient of scholarship funds from the Judy Mulchrone Scholarship Program. A nominator may acquire the nominee’s information from the nominee directly or may nominate secretly based on the information known about the nominee. The criteria for selection include a demonstrated commitment to intramural and interscholastic sports at Central Middle School, particularly volleyball; good sportsmanship; a dedication to academic study; good citizenship.

Self-nominations are acceptable. The deadline for submission is 5 p.m. on March 14, 2025.

#BeEvergreen Board of Education Contribution

For Central Middle School students who are interested in fine arts or academic related camp opportunities for the summer, the #BeEvergreen Board of Education Contribution is just for you! This scholarship is new this year and aims to connect students with an interest in fine arts or academic programs with summer programs. The criteria for selection include an interest in Fine Arts, Creative Writing and/or STEAM Activities at Central Middle School.

Self-nominations are acceptable. The deadline for submission is 5 p.m. on March 14, 2025.

Nominate a CMS Student for the #BeEvergreen Board of Education Contribution

Students can apply for either the Judy Mulchrone Scholarship or to the BeEvergreen Board of Education Contribution Award, not both.
